I am a portrait and event photographer located in Portland, Oregon. From as far back as I remember my greatest joy was found in hiding behind legs, walls and doors and peeking through holes or paper towel rolls to watch everything everyone did. Once a camera was placed in my hands, the rest was history! I now specialize in on-location fine art portraits of babies and children, maternity, birth and newborn photography, and have recently expanded into documenting engagements, weddings and other life cycle events. I love to celebrate our unique NW surroundings in my portraiture, as well as lifestyle type portraits in your own home. October is booked, and my schedule is filling for November, but I will always squeeze in newborns if they are quite fresh (less than 10 days).

My easiest newborn clients are now 3 months old! A difficult age to photograph, but they once again turned on the charm, albeit for a much shorter amount of time I can’t wait to see these little buggers when they can sit up and play!

For the second time around again
We had a very exciting maternity session on Sunday, complete with a coyote or wolf visit, no more than 40 yards from us!! It was wild. We decided against the woods photos after that. A quick sneak peek for Shirley and Aaron while I catch up on my work!
